Hold & Fire

These two functions help control the sequence in which items are prepared and sent to the kitchen.

Hold:
Used to delay preparation of selected items.

• In the cart, tap the item to be held.
• Tap the Hold button.
• The item will be flagged and excluded from the current KOT.

Fire:
Used to send held or prioritized items to the kitchen immediately.

• Tap the item in the cart.
• Tap the Fire button.
• Select the waiter’s name and then confirm.
