Item Selection

Once an order type is selected (such as Dine In, Take Away, or Delivery), the next step is to add items to the order. The POS system provides multiple methods to help staff quickly find and select menu items.

You can place an order by:

• Searching by item name: Use the search bar at the top of the screen to find items.
• Browsing through categories: Menu items are organized under categories. Simply tap a category to view the items under it.
• Scanning a QR code: If enabled, you can scan a QR code to auto-fill the item directly into the order screen.

Once items are selected, they appear in the cart on the right side of the screen, ready for review, modification, or confirmation.
