Void

The Void function allows staff to cancel a full order or remove specific items from an order — useful for handling customer changes, mistaken entries, or unavailable items.

There are two ways to void:

Void a Full Order

• Navigate to the Open Orders screen.
• Select and open the order you want to cancel.
• Tap the Void All icon at the top.
• Choose a reason for the void and enter the void password (if required).
• Tap Submit to confirm.

Void a Single Item

• Tap the item in the cart that needs to be removed.
• From the top toolbar, tap the Void Item icon.
• Provide a reason if prompted, and confirm the action.
